You hold space for others every day. Your empathy is an asset.
You use it as you listen and track subtle shifts; you regulate and respond.
And much of the time, you do this well.
And… There are also moments when the outside world feels overwhelming.
Moments when something from a session stays with you.
When you notice yourself feeling more depleted than you would like.
That’s the moment when you wish there was a place where you could share what’s happening inside you—whether it’s something from your sessions, your life, or your own internal experience.
And that's the moment when you want to come into community, slow down, ground and refill your inner energy reservoir.
The Embodied Practitioner Support Circle is that place.
It’s a committed, ongoing community that begins May 18th where you can receive support.
This is a steady, relational circle. It’s not a drop-in group or training session.
Over time, you begin to recognize the same faces and hear familiar voices.
That consistency creates a level of safety that allows something deeper to happen.
Something your system can rely on.
How Each Gathering Unfolds
Each 75-minute session is guided by Suzanne Scurlock, and shaped by what is needed in the moment.
We begin with a check-in, where you are invited to share what is present for you—something from your work, your life, or your internal experience.
From there, Suzanne guides the group through a extended Ground & Fill process designed to meet the needs of the group that day.
You are not asked to perform or figure anything out.
You are simply invited to notice…
and allow your system to receive what would be most nourishing.
This is not a quick reset. It is a place to slow down, reconnect, and restore.
At times, you may receive direct support.
At other times, something in another person’s process may resonate and create a shift in you.
And sometimes, simply being present in the shared field is enough.
What Begins to Change
As you continue to show up, you may notice:
You recover more easily after challenging sessions
Your inner energy reservoir is resourced more consistently
A quiet confidence grows within you

And perhaps most importantly…
You feel deeply connected and supported in your life and work.
Why Commitment Matters
We ask for a one-year commitment because this kind of space deepens through consistency.
When the same people return, and presence builds over time, the circle becomes something your system recognizes. In these chaotic times with so many unknowns, this is a place you can come back to.
...A foundation.
We understand that life can get in the way, so if you miss a session, recordings are available so you can stay connected, revisit the Ground & Fill process, and continue to receive support in your own time.
Who This Is For
This circle is for:
Therapists and caregivers in our community (HFC and CST)
Those who have perhaps read Suzanne’s books or taken one of her classes
Those who are committed to the process of healing and support for themselves and each other.
And it helps if you understand the power of the Ground & Fill community process.
As someone who holds space for others, this is a place where you are invited to be held—consistently, over time—so your own system can receive what it needs.
From there, everything begins to shift.
This is designed to be an intimate setting. Limited spaces are available. Take some time now to reflect on what you need at a soul level to support your life and your work.
